Reed City Area Public Schools will hold second-round interviews for the Superintendent on Thursday, April 16, 2026, starting at 5:00 P.M. Interviews are open to the public, and there will be an opportunity to provide feedback for each candidate.

There will be an open house to meet the candidates from 3:30 to 4:40. Please enter door 2 on the east side of the high school.

Our Board of Education board is seeking input on the qualities, experience, and skills needed in our
new superintendent. We invite community members, families, all staff, and administration to
participate in the process. Below is a schedule for in-person meetings with Shawn Lewis-Lakin
(lewlakmasb@gmail.com), the Michigan Association of School Boards consultant working with the
Board. Please plan to attend as you can do so. We hope that all stakeholders will participate in
completing the on-line survey.
